DELIVERY INFORMATION
By Email Email vouchers are dispatched within 24 hours after purchase, free of charge, to the email address provided.
By Post A gift voucher card can be arranged if requested for an additional postage fee and bearing in mind that there may be significant delays in the postal service.
Terms & Conditions
- Voucher will be issued with a unique reference ID code that may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable.
- Voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the reservation.
- Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability.
- Cancellation of a booking will render the voucher null & void.
- Vouchers are only redeemable after 72 hours of purchase.
