Check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Guests requiring guaranteed early access to their room or a late departure should reserve the night before or after their stay. Otherwise, luggage storage and access to the spa facilities for changing may be arranged.

Yes. A 10% deposit is required to confirm an individual reservation and must be received within 14 days of the booking being made. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. The deposit is refundable only in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

• 31 to 59 days before arrival: 10% of the quoted rate.
• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 45% of the quoted rate.
• 14 days or less before arrival: 90% of the quoted rate.
• No-show: 100% of the quoted rate.

Reservations for 11 to 49 guests are treated as group bookings. A 20% deposit is required within 21 days to confirm the reservation, with full payment due 30 days before arrival. The deposit is refundable only in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

• 61 to 89 days before arrival: 20% of the quoted rate.
• 31 to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the quoted rate.
• 30 days or less before arrival: 90% of the quoted rate.
• No-show: 100% of the quoted rate.

The same charges apply to reductions in room or delegate numbers.

Bookings for 50 or more guests, or those requiring 30 or more rooms, are treated as events. A 20% deposit is required within 21 days to confirm the booking, and full payment is due 90 days before arrival. Additional terms may be included in a separate event contract. The deposit is refundable only in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

• 91 to 119 days before arrival: 20% of the quoted rate.
• 61 to 90 days before arrival: 50% of the quoted rate.

• No-show: 100% of the quoted rate.

Yes. Accommodation, packages and selected activities can be booked through the Ghost Mountain Inn website or directly with the reservations team.

No. Pets are not permitted at Ghost Mountain Inn. Recognised assistance animals are welcome, subject to prior arrangement.

Tipping is entirely discretionary. Guests may leave a gratuity at reception on departure, which is pooled and shared among the team. Guests are also welcome to tip individual team members directly.
