ACCOMMODATION

The Ghost Mountain Inn offers 74 guest rooms including: 3 Suites and a Junior Suite, 22 Mountain Rooms including 1 Wheelchair friendly room, 8 Garden Rooms including 1 Wheelchair friendly room, 19 Superior Rooms and 22 Standard Rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safes and mini bars.

CHILDREN

Your little ones are always welcome at Ghost Mountain Inn, with complimentary accommodation for children under the age of two years old.

One child sharing with 2 adults can only be accommodated in a certain Standard rooms, Garden rooms, Mountain Rooms and one and two bedroom Suites

Two children sharing with 2 adults can only be accommodated in Garden rooms and one and two bedroom Suites.

All children staying in their own room will pay full paying adult rates based on the room category.

Give your kids the ultimate adventure on a boat cruise or game drive or allow them to explore the many facilities offered at Ghost Mountain Inn, including a jungle gym in the expansive garden.

For parents looking to privately explore the beauty and intimacy of their surroundings, a trusted babysitter can be arranged.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

Should you have an early arrival and prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend booking for one night prior. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until you leave the Hotel. Not to worry however, as if you choose not to reserve the extra night, we will be happy to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up in.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

At the Ghost Mountain Inn, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). In order to guarantee a reservation we would need credit card details, a deposit on the room or a voucher from a Travel Agent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation amendments, variations or cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to gmi@ghostmoutaininn.co.za and shall only be valid if accepted and confirmed in writing by Ghost Mountain Inn.

COVID-19 Reservations Conditions 2021-22

When the pandemic is declared over, any reservations made under these terms and conditions will be replaced by Ghost Mountain Inn’s standard terms and conditions.

Our standard cancellation policy for individual travellers is as follows:

• 10% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
• 45% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• 90% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
• 100% of the quoted rate where cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date or for a no-show booking.
