Manyoni Private Game Reserve lies in the heart of Zululand, an area that is world renowned for its spectacular game viewing, rich cultural traditions, and conservation history. Initially formed as part of the WWF black rhino range expansion project, Manyoni has become one of the premier big five safari destinations in Kwa-Zulu Natal with a strong focus on endangered species conservation.
Manyoni Safari Drive
3 to 4 HOURS
A 3 to 4 hour drive either in the morning or late afternoon in this beautiful big five reserve. Enjoy a variety of wildlife, birdlife and Zululand scenery.

Manyoni Photographic Safari
3 to 4 HOURS
A 3 to 4 hour drive more for a range of photographers. The vehicle has padded bars for stabilising cameras and storage boxes for equipment. Drives are limited to a maximum of 6 guests to allow for easier movement.

Manyoni Wildlife Tracking
3 to 4 HOURS
Join us on a wildlife monitoring session. Learn about the use of telemetry equipment and track down one of the collared animals on Manyoni.
Manyoni Walking Safari
Explore Manyoni on foot with a focus on the ‘smaller things’ in the reserve; tracks, plants, insects but there is a possibility of coming across some of the big 5 wildlife. Walks are limited to 4 guest above the age of 16 due to the dangerous game in the reserve.
