The maximum capacity depends on the venue and seating style. Ndumu A and B together accommodate up to 160 delegates theatre-style, 95 classroom-style, 65 in a U-shape or boardroom layout, and 120 at banquet rounds. The restaurant accommodates up to 170 theatre-style, 120 classroom-style, 80 in a U-shape or boardroom layout, and 120 at banquet rounds. The Mtwazi Room is suited to smaller meetings, with capacity for 60 theatre-style, 35 classroom-style, 25 in a U-shape or boardroom layout, and 48 at banquet rounds.

The main indoor venues are Ndumu A and B, which can be combined or divided, and the smaller Mtwazi Room. Ndumu also includes a private foyer, patio and courtyard, with built-in audiovisual facilities including an automatic screen, projector, sound system and roving microphone. Outdoor options include the Figtree Garden, lawns, terraces, gazebo and boma.
