Food and Wine at Ghost Mountain Inn

Since the beginning of the year, Andrew Draper has kindly agreed to act as a consultant chef for the Ghost Mountain Inn. He has been hard at work training kitchen staff, introducing new menus and creating some very special events. The guest feedback has been very complimentary and we’re proud of the results.

We love our wine at the Ghost Mountain Inn and recently hosted two wine functions. ‘Meet the winemaker” showcased winemakers from 10 estates including Waterford, Rijks, Newton Johnson and Aataraxia and was a very festive evening. This week we had a delicious food and wine pairing evening with John Hooper of Mt. Vernon Wine Estate.
